| Introduction | I'm a graduate of IUPUI with a BA in Communication Studies. Prior to becoming a certified Pilates instructor, I worked for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, in Advertising and Promotions, created and managed an inner-city elementary literacy and social competency program and helped my husband build his software company. I have been taking Pilates for over 10 years, teaching for 6 and will reach my Master Trainer designation in the fall of 2011. I have also completed a 210-hr reflexology certification through IUPUI in 2007. In addition, I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. My practice and teaching include Hatha slow flow and Yin Yoga. I specialize in working with people in chronic pain, older clients and youth with special needs. |
