| Introduction | With enduring interest in human inhabitation of the natural and built environment Jana Roman has shown in many group exhibitions of furniture, jewellery and silversmithing. Following a Diploma of Art in Furniture Design and an Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology (Jewellery) from Box Hill Institute, Jana graduated from RMIT University Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) with First Class Honours (Gold & Silversmithing) and received the 2014 Wolf Wennrich Award for Craftsmanship (RMIT). Jana Roman was a recipient of the 2015 Maggie Fairweather Studio Residency Award (RMIT). |
