| Introduction | I've always been interested in healthy living. I also enjoy cooking and feeding my family. I recently found out I was misdiagnosed with Celiac Disease (CD). Believing I had CD for a year catapulted me on a journey of how diet affects our health. Even though I now know I don't have Celiac Disease, I am still on this journey and wanted a place to keep track of what I'm learning, and slowly trying to implement. |
