Introduction I started out riding a kids small four wheeler when I was 5 or 6. My dad taught me how to ride his Honda Rancher 4-wheeler. My grandpa traded my dad's and his Honda Ranchers in for a 2016 Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail which is still fun to ride all over Bryce Canyon back trails and through the desert outside Mesquite, Nevada where my grandpa lives now. Then when I was around 11 I got a Chinese-made pit bike. I've also had a toat goat (taco Minnie bike). I switched out the motor to a 212 cc from Harbor Freight. Now since I'm headed into the 9th grade my grandpa got me a 2005 Honda CRF450R to ride. It's big but so am I and it's got tons of power. I'm getting a chance to ride the Mesquite MX track this summer getting a feel for the bike and taking in as many tips as I can from any rider willing to teach a kid about riding. I'm hoping to enter the November Thanksgiving MX race as a "Beginner" later this year. Any body who wants to give me tips on riding, I would really appreciate it.
