Taught From Babel to Bard for the Institute for Learning in Retirement. Chaired the High School Oratorical Scholarship Program for American Legion Post #132. Awarded five Editor’s Choice awards from the International Library of Poets. Published in the Best Poems and Poets of 2000 thru 2004 anthologies by the International Library of Poets. Publish a monthly poem in the Catalina Mountain Elks Bugle, which is distributed to over 600 homes. Created poetry website, http://allthatrhymes.squarespace.com, and update monthly. Created and update my poetic blogsite, http://jim-cox.blogstop.com. Work frequently with adults and children who wish to increase their knowledge of poetry. Discussed poetry at local schools and donated my chapbooks, books and CDs. Self-published fourteen poetry chapbooks and four poetry CDs. |
