| Introduction | Good day. I am a 71 year old man who is ready to argue that age is arbitrary and discriminatory against those who are not impaired or in any way unable to function productively in this strange and changing world. Age in years is merely the number of times a person has travelled around the sun. What does this astronomical occurrence have to do with a particular person's health, mental and physical ability so often defined as an age? I know the answer! Nothing. Now remember that and practice that philosophy so that when you reach a certain age, you don't get measured by how many times you have travelled around the sun. |
