Introduction	I'm a Registered Nurse, Mother,Yoga Teacher and glass artist. I love to play tennis, cycle, and practice yoga. I have had a lifelong interest in how our emotions affect our health, and in the whole body/mind phenomena. I had the opportunity to experience the body/mind relationship when I found a promising, new and unique treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.I suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for three years and after trying everything both conventional and alternative treatments I found this little known treatment. This blog is an exploration of CFS and other functional illnesses, and how my treatment led not only to renewed health and energy, but to profound changes in my overall life and well-being. My purpose in writing this blog is to show others who have been diagnosed with a functional or "incurable" illness that they CAN recover their health and go on to lead full and productive lives. Despite what doctors say functional illnesses can be effectively treated without medications, dietary changes, supplements and expensive alternative treatments!
