| Introduction | Currently I am learning and loving everything about going back to natural healthy hair. I am, as of March, 2010, 5 months post relaxer! I am so loving all the many new ways to style and care for this thick head of curls and I am more conciencious of the choices I make. As bad as I've treated my hair in the past it's hard to believe I still have any left! And since my goal is to have healthy hair then it also means that I take care of my body and make healthier food choices. This journey is tremendously liberating and I am beginning to feel so much better! Update: 100% Natural since 11/2010 and Relaxer free since 10/09!! |
