| Introduction | I've worn a lot of hats over my 50+ years often several at the same time. From daughter to parent, athlete to student, wife to single mom, patient to healer, employee to business owner, I've done what was necessary and expected to stay afloat and raise my three brilliant daughters. I'm a NorCal girl through and through but as much as I love this California, I've always had a restless nature, a little gypsy in me I guess. One of my favorite bumperstickers reads; "Well Behaved Women Rarely Make History", so off I go to make a little history of my own. This is my journey to reclaim my heart, live from the core of who I am and learn to be fully present, trusting that everything is already okay. |
