| Introduction | Purpose: My primary purpose for creating this blog is to have a venue to express myself. The secondary purpose is to share with others my own experience of this (r)evolution in consciousness that is happening right now. As. E. Tolle so eloquently said, it is no longer an option, “evolve or die”. I choose to evolve and I express this evolution in my journey of life through experiences and opportunities I have had. I may write a specific story about a character or something I experienced, but I try to connect these personal stories to the big picture of life, the community and the world we live in. Who Am I? I am a woman who has gone through major transitions in her life and has chosen to evolve to meet her new circumstances in a fresh way each time. I am a scientist by training and education and spent 12 years in the corporate world. Today, I am a certified coach helping others make it through their own transitions with grace, joy and gratitude.
