You're in the grocery store with a broken cart. How will you ever be that hungry?
If I was ever hungry enough to enter a grocery store (let alone Wal-Mart) with a broken cart, the situation would have escalated to the point where I was so starving that I just grabbed anything I could get my hands on and start eating it. So lesson in point: functional cart is a must.
