Introduction	I can't eat most preservatives (sulfites, msg to name a few) or gluten, or foods that create their own sulfites (dried fruits, bananas, eggs, anything that ferments). If it's gluten free and organic, I (usually) can have it. Every day, every meal, every hunger pain is a challenge. The only people who can truly understand are the ones who face those same issues. I'm here to try to learn from other people. But what I wouldn't give to only be allergic to the food and not all the preservatives!!!
