| Introduction | I am a blessed mother of 3 daughters and grandmother to 7 grandchildren. this blog is to document my journey with the diagnosis of Invasive Lobular Carcinoma in my left breast during the summer of 2011. I retired as a public school Speech-Language Pathologist in June of 2010. I love to garden, read, decorate my townhome, facebook, blog, email, shop and go to lunch or dinner with my fun friends, go to the beach, and most of all, enjoy time with my wonderful grandchildren. I am fortunate to have great friends and my 3 daughters to support me in this breast cancer journey. It takes a village to fight this battle - and I have a village of supporters and prayer warriors. I also know I have God with me all the way! |
