| Introduction | While in my senior year at Furman University in 2006, I started brewing my own beer in 5 gallon batches on the stove in my on-campus apartment (never mind that Furman was a dry campus). After Furman I moved on to the MBA program at Clemson, where I spent way, way more time brewing, thinking, and talking about beer than on schoolwork. After graduating from Clemson in 2009 I decided that the only way I could have an excuse to keep brewing so often was to make a real job out of it, so I decided to start a brewery. |
