| Introduction | I'm Elle, 17 years old, and I live and go to school in Cheltenham. This blog is basically to talk about my passions, particularly for human rights and the law, which is the career I want to pursue. | Interests | Singing, playing the piano, socialising with friends, sports (running, netball, tennis, rounders) fashion, French/German culture (such as music, films and literature), politics, reading, laughing, not killing myself whilst learning to drive...that sort of thing. |
| Favorite movies | The Departed, La Haine, Life Is Beautiful, Goodfellas, The Godfather Parts I and II, This Is England, Slumdog Millionaire, American Beauty, Hot Fuzz, The Hangover, Network, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Up, RocknRolla, Romeo & Juliet, The Silence of the Lambs and many more! I am a bit of a film snob, I'm not going to lie, I'm not a big fan of romcoms. |
| Favorite music | Passion Pit, MGMT, MC Solaar, Mumford & Sons, some old stuff like Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye are always classics! I am NOT a music snob at all, as long as I can dance to it I'm happy. |
| Favorite books | Le Grand Meaulnes, A Clockwork Orange, Wuthering Heights, Lolita, Collected Stories of Vladimir Nabokov, The Golden Notebook, Freakonomics, lots and lots of Shakespeare and all the Harry Potter books. I'm not ashamed. |
