| Introduction | I am a stay-at-home mom who loves cooking and hates cleaning. I am challenged to create meals that are inexpensive, but also satisfy appetites that include the pickiest girl in the world, a baby who is experimenting with new foods, and a man who will eat an entire jar of salsa if the dinner I prepare doesn't fill him up. ;) I also love history, books, scrapbooking, sewing and quilting. My children never cease to amaze me, and I consider it the greatest blessing in the world to be able to stay at home with them. |
