Introduction I grew up from humble beginnings, it was a hard life most notably because the only football influences in my house were my Manchester United & Spurs supporting family, you could say in fact that it was torture until one glorious day in 1979 when I was introduced to the beauty that is Arsenal F.C. - to be more specific, the 1979 FA Cup Final - my parents had decked out the car in United colours - I demanded parity as any self respecting 6 year old would - what about the other team? The other team indeed... AND WHAT A TEAM! Liam Brady, the cultured Northern Irishman, Frank Stapleton, Pat Rice,Graham Rix and of course, Alan Sunderland who looked like an unemployed scouse brickie but who would slide his team, my team, to glorious 3:2 victory in the dying minutes! What a game, what a team! Next year, we made the Cup again and were rubbish against West Ham...some joys have a steep come down! Still...something started and I never looked back, not even when we bought Stepanovs...anyway...that's me and I'm here to ramble on about things involving the kicking of round plastic things in the opposition of the opposition. Game on!
Interests Football, Comic Books, Beer and attempting to keep my young son on the straight and narrow (i.e. not a Spurs fan)
