| Introduction | Hi and welcome to my blog. After years of handling workplace discrimination cases as an employment lawyer, I decided that I wanted to proactively work with corporations, law firms and educational institutions to create diversity programs infused with integrate leadership development. So, I created QUEST Diversity Initiatives, a diversity consulting firm that provides training and produces customized training videos. Recently, I published “Recruiting & Retaining a Diverse Workforce: New Rules for a New Generation,” which takes a close look at how Generations X and Y respond to the top ten common micro-inequities in the workplace. I wrote this book for and about people who may find themselves in the minority and their allies in the majority. |
