Occupation	brewer
Location	Asheville, North Carolina
Introduction	I have been home brewing for 25 years, and lost count of how many beers i have made around the 1,500 mark. I have been working in a commercial brewery for the last 4 years but still brew every weekend. This is a documentation of my ongoing obsession...for as long as my liver holds up.
