| Introduction | Hhmmmm. My problem is I have LOTS of interests! There are not enough hours in a day for me to persue them all with the zeal that I would like. I was an avid bodybuilder from the age of 15 to 30. I even competed and achieved some measure of success at it. (1997 N.P.C.National Wheelchair Bodybuiding Championships I was the Lt. Heavy-weight Champion that year.) I have appeared in articles in Muscle&Fitness Magazine and FLEX and Muscular Development during the years 1995-97. In 1998 I was invited to try out for the Para-olympic Powerlifting team at the trials in Chicago. I recieved a gold medal in my weight class, but I did not qualify for the games that year in Australia! The experience was AWESOME! I married my wife Bonnie and we started a family. Bonnie is a professional saxophonist and all around music teacher; (see our website!) Now, at 45 I like to write and play my bass...both are much easier on the body than lifting! |
