From the moment, as a child, that I first picked up a pencil to emulate my brother, I’ve been cleansed by the creative process. I slip into my own world, forgetting the stress of the day. Paint brush in hand, I feel peace and my soul is calmed. Vibrant colors, found objects and natural subjects both reflect my love of nature and connect me to it. And when completed, the process and the product leave me joyful and light hearted. |
