About me

Introduction After turning 30(plus some)this year, I decided it was time to make a few changes (for the better). I started Weight Watchers, recommitted myself to exercise, and started this blog in hopes of it helping me stay focused on a healthier life style. Here you will find Weight Watcher recipes, exercise tidbits, and, since I love Pinterest, other fun things sprinkled about! Also, starting in January, as part of an online baking club called Bake 52, I will be posting one recipe a week from the cookbook, The America's Test Kitchen Family Baking Book.
