| Introduction | A runner since the age of 15, I have competed in numerous track, road, cross-country and trail races. I began trail running in 2006 and find it to be the most rewarding and enjoyable form of running. Of all the runners I have met over these many years, trail runners are the greatest. My PRs (old) Track: 4:34 mile Road: 2.5M-13:05,4M-20:55,5M-26:50,10K-33:50,10M-56:20,Marathon-2:54:24 I'm much slower now. PRs (recent) Road: 5K-18:54,10M-1:09:09 Trail 10M-1:07:54, Marathon 4:26:59, 50K 5:41:37, 50M 10:54:35 --- The older I get, the better I was ;-) |
