| Introduction | Welcome to Our Nourishing Hands. I spend my time chasing a toddler around and making sure he gets all the nourishment he needs. After this job is complete [insert laughter], I teach English at a local high school while attending Centenary College at night to complete my Master's in Education. Then in my spare time, I blog about it!! I created this blog when I began having difficulty getting my son to eat his veggies! I wanted to record my hectic journey. I got tired of dodging veggies and seeing them go to waste. Thus, I spend time preparing meals with hidden wholesome foods that are tasty--well as long as he thinks so! It takes time and patience! I can't guarantee adults will find my meals appetizing, but as long as our kiddos eat it...I am happy! Our lives maybe crazy, but at the end of the day we have the Lord, each other, a beautiful son, and a wonderful, supportive family! We are so graciously blessed and thank Him everyday for the joys in our lives! I hope you will find my blog helpful! I promise to update as frequently as my health, son, husband, family, dogs, students, and professors will allow! |
