| Introduction | A lifelong resident of South Dakota, I've been teaching mathematics since the Fall of 2004. As a professional educator, my goal is to engage my students in a world-class education. For me this means staying current with what works in education, specifically in the area of technology. Last summer I earned my Masters of Technology in Education - the Global Program from the University of Michigan - Flint and spent two summers in Switzerland to complete the program. In the Fall of 2009 I was honored (and surprised!) to receive the Milken Family Foundation Educator Award. I teach Algebra 2 and Geometry Survey at Washington High School in Sioux Falls, SD. Thanks for checking out my little blog! |

What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?
Using lots and lots of frosting as an adhesive, I would roll around in gingerbread crumbs.
