| Introduction | I am an artist just re-discovering my passion. I just realized after all this time that I need to paint and doing anything else as a profession just doesn't appeal to me. I am trying now to actually list my paintings for sale at a few places on line. Some people do well with that type of stuff so I figured why not me. I'm trying this whole believing in myself, positive thinking thing! My dream is to work for myself and paint for a living. Being an only child allowed me to know myself really well. I like to document my view of the world through my art. I paint in oils and my favorite subjects are landscapes. I paint what I like to call realistic fantasy or fantasy based on life. Simply put I paint what I feel and I paint what makes me happy. Listening to music helps bring out my artistic vision. My goal is to make art pieces that appeal to everyone and pieces that can make you think. Art is also a way for me to express some feelings that I haven't been able to completely put into words. |
