Introduction	I am writing this blog about my journey as I redesigning my way of eating and exercising. I had hit my wall, the largest I have ever been, out of shape and weak. In November 2011 and had a stupid fall while out walking, and the way I fell damaged my hip; I was still limping and unable to do my walks when the new year began. Discouraged and afraid that this was going to be my life and started searching the web for something I could do. First I found the Wheat Belly and that seem to answer some questions. Then next I found Jorge Cruise's and The Belly Fat Cure. I continued to research it and found a wonderful online community (see the blogs I follow) I really identified first with "Purple Rosie" something about what she was doing really hit home for me. So I decided to get the book and join and say Hi to the online group....I am so Glad I did. With the online community I have found; I get wonderful support, accountability and great ideas.
