A former hardcore binge and overeater since childhood, I am recapturing my birthright of "JOY" (my middle name), learning to live in my true power, and seek to encourage others to do the same by releasing binge eating! The book "Brain Over Binge" has been groundbreaking in my life, as has adopting a more plant based diet. My own personal goals include maintaining a healthy, moderate and balanced diet, maintaining a positive outlook, keeping physically active, and finding and maintaining my perfect weight. | Interests | Opera, art song, raw vegan 'un-cooking', the 'secret', cooking shows (i could watch the food network all day everyday for the rest of my life...and be very content not to get up from the sofa...EVER!), pretty girly things...shabby chic, especially, i love pink and green, my friends at 'Arnolds Way'...we have a lot of fun together! |

| Favorite music | As a classically trained opera singer, I love to listen to beautiful voices in particular. Some favorite singers: Deanna Durbin, Regine Crespin, Barbra Streisand, Mario Lanza, Margaret Price, to name a few! |
| Favorite books | Brain Over Binge, anything from Abraham and the Law of Attraction, The "Secret" - Also, anything FBI or forensic or crime-related novels...they make the BEST summer reading! Love John D. MacDonald and his Travis series mucho mucho! |
