| Introduction | Auditel, Inc. was founded by Barbara Clements. Barbara realized early on in her career that Corporate and Government entities were needlessly overspending on their telecom invoices. Barbara has two goals; one is to educate clients with no telecom departments so that their IT staff can monitor and audit telecom bills, the other is to help those with existing telecom departments gain the skills necessary to manage their telecom bills and recover more refunds from billing disputes while conducting comprehensive, accurate, and efficient telecommunication bill audits. In 1990 Barbara made a career choice to focus on local telephone bill and telecom audits, bringing Auditel into existence. Telecom auditing is not all about contracts or telecom billing software it requires lots of hard work, investigative talent, and dispute resolution skills. |
