Introduction mom, alt educator, open to all forms of wisdom (and appreciative of how dippy that sounds). Loves: music, art, universal design for learning, child advocacy, photography,drama, literature, peace...and talking about people she hates. I homeschool my two boys because--despite their gifts--they were not thriving in a public school environment. I'm working on a Master's in education that I may or may not finish. I would like to work as a child advocate, teaching teachers how to incorporate the tenets of Universal Design for Learning into the classroom so that all students can thrive and feel valued. For therapy, I take pictures with my Canon Rebel Xti. Some of them are pretty good. I consider my laptop my third baby. My two children understand and respect this--one of the reasons I continue to keep them around...

Neither. I'm too busy freebasing the coffee remnants off of the counter top to actually smell anything beyond singed plastic and grout dust...
