Introduction | I live on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, close to the water. Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?
Probably the other way around. Early man used a forked stick to retrieve the good bits from the pot, and then simply upended the pot to get the juice. When his mother pointed out that sharing was the nice thing to do, the spoon was invented.
