Introduction Hi, I'm Sara Beth, and NTS is my blog to for all the little things I keep reminding myself to explore, like how to make pate brisee and what to do with four dozen eggs (if you have any suggestions, let me know.) I'm also going to post recipes that I love and/or am trying to master for the first time, as well as helpful tips that I gleaned from my eleven years working in an upscale restaurant. Let me be clear: MOST OF THE TIME, I WON'T KNOW ANY MORE THAN YOU DO. This is a blog about trial-and-error, not perfection. I hope you'll share these experiences with me!
