As I peel back the conditioning, expectations and the habitual thinking, I am finding that I'm not always clear about who I am or what I want. I am becoming increasingly resolved to allowing myself the freedom to uncover this, however. In this process, I am recognizing the numerous ways in which I have restricted my own joy.
