| Introduction | I'm a wife and mom working part time as a cake artist at a bakery in the Madison, WI area. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis/St Paul in 2007 with an Associate of Applied Science in Patisserie and Baking and from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2004 with a BS in Biochemistry. I have been obsessed with baking (especially sweets) since I can remember and I hope the recipes, tips, and techniques I write about will help others become obsessed too! |
