Introduction	I am newly 40 and have been a stay at home Mom since my first child was born. Turning 40 almost instantly taught me 2 things: 1. Loosing and keeping off weight is tougher; 2. I feel empowered to take charge I am on a mission to improve my lifestyle and become an example to my children through exercise, activity and clean eating. More importantly, we are making memories along the way!
