Introduction | I am the author of two books 'Crossing the Finish Line' and 'The Mountaineering Handbook' and a regular contributor on fitness as expert panelist in Finiser Magazine. As an ultra-marathon runner, I have run in forests on hills, deserts, roads, and high-altitude mountain ranges. In 2019 I was one of the oldest Indians to have completed the big three Asian Marathons in Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. A gold-medallist in Journalism with 36 years' experience in the corporate sector, I have also completed the Basic Mountaineering Course at 61 with an A Grade. I have travelled extensively in different parts of the country and have several articles, photo-features and short-stories published in newspapers and magazines. |
