I regularly contribute to fitness as an expert panelist in Finisher Magazine. As an ultra-marathon runner, I have run in forests on hills, deserts, roads, and high-altitude mountain ranges. In 2019 I was one of the oldest Indians to have completed the big three Asian Marathons in Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. A gold medallist in Journalism with 38 years of experience in the corporate sector, I have also completed the Basic Mountaineering Course at 61 with an A Grade. I have traveled extensively in different parts of the country and have several articles, photo features, and short stories published in newspapers and magazines.
