Introduction	Hi, my name is Angela. I recently married my very best friend, Michael and mommy to our new son, Elijah. Together we bring gluten, dairy and soy allergies into our marriage. We also bring poor digestion and RA. This blog was created to document our journey in bringing healing our bodies through whole, natural food (without the use of dairy, soy, gluten or (most the time) refined sugar) as well as through strengthening our relationship with the Lord and learning to lean on His strength when ours is not enough. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” 2 Corth. 12:9
