Introduction	Increasing numbers of developmental theorist emphasized that older adults have the potential to continue to grow and develop. This life-span perspective refuted stereotypes about aging that focus on decline and deterioration in one's later years. Counselors started to turn their attention to those 80% of older adults who are self-sufficient and relatively healthy but who nevertheless are experiencing anxiety, depression or grief resulting form transitions, losses and sudden changes in life stages.

Favorite movies	The Terminal, Forest Gump, Phenomena, Pirates of the Carribean, Corps Bridge and ape2 je...boleh layan je!!!!
Favorite music	I minat 'rock'...coz my heart mmg minat rock dari kecik lagi but still boleh terima sume muzik..janji enjoy!!!!
