| Introduction | I am the founder of a Personalized Medicine practice (likely the first private practice of its kind). I serve the Clinical Science Committee of the Personalized Medicine Coalition. I also sit on the Informed Cohort Oversight Board for the Coriell Personalized Medicine Collaborative. I have trained in Medical Genetics at Yale as well as Internal Medicine. I am an internist who is posting, running my practice and have developed a modern medical genetics curriculum for residents and other physicians.
