| Introduction | I think it's a bit science and a bit baking. If I am not working in the lab, I enjoy altering recipes to make a tasty treat more healthy. It is fun to experiment with different ingredients and I like the challenge of making something taste good and have some nutritional value! :) I have to give all the credit to my mother for teaching me the tricks of baking.
