| Introduction | I am stepping out in faith. I feel led to do it, but it's still a little scary to put it "out there." I am 42 years young. I am blessed to be married to a wonderful family man, Daniel, for almost a decade now. Due to some crazy financial circumstances, we were forced to move from Florida to North Carolina. We are thrilled to be here with our four little ones, but sad because my oldest son, Cassidy, twelve, chose to stay behind and live with his father. The Great Smokey Mountains are breath taking and ever changing. Since our arrival, we have watched in awe as autumn's pallet swept across the countryside. Now, even as I write, a winter wonderland blankets the forest surrounding our home. We home school our four younger children: Sam, Audrey, Caroline and JoJo Home educating is definitely a calling. It's hard work and an indescribable privilege. My heart's desire is to encourage others with my love for the Lord and to share my gratitude. I hope you enjoy the ride.
