| Introduction | This is my journey! My lupus diagnosis came out of nowhere (as it does with most it's victims) My desire is that this blog will be used to educate, encourage, and meet others. My writings are for others who may also be struggling with their new lifestyle changes brought on by Lupus (or other disease), those who need a little glimpse of hope, or my family and friends who want to keep up with me! Jesus Christ is my love and strength! I am choosing to not be defeated by a disease but to let Christ shine through! I am married to my high school sweetheart Jared, and we have a beautiful, full of spunk baby girl (Elin) who is a year and a half old. I am a registered nurse currently taking time off to focus on my health (plus doctors orders!) |
