| Introduction | My name is Jenny and I’m just your average girl. I have a wonderful husband who I’m crazy about, two dogs, one cat, an awesome family, and amazing friends. I love Jesus, music, dancing, singing (in the shower and car), reading, watching movies and TV, exercising, hugs, and making others laugh. I’m starting a “journey” to a healthier me…spiritually, mentally, and physically. This is where the blog comes in. I need a place to keep track of my progress, vent my frustrations, and rejoice in my successes. And by putting it all on the world wide web for others to see, I’m keeping myself motivated and accountable; two things I’ve learned that I really need to succeed when it comes things like this. So here’s to hoping that on down the road, preferably sooner than later, I’ll be feeling more joy, thinking more positively, and looking a whole lot better! |
