Introduction	My name is James Perrella and welcome to my blog! I am a 34 year looking to make a major change in my life. This year long assessment is the first step towards living a happy healthier life! This is a big year for me as my wife and I are expecting our first child in June, which we are so excited for! I also will be finishing my Masters of Sports Leadership and looking to make a career change later in the year. The first step to handling this change and possible stress that comes with it is making a change within. That's where this assessment comes into play. A very long eleven years ago I played college football. Then came the corporate sales job, stress, and a lot of cake in the lunch room! Then I found CFM.....and the story begins.
