| Introduction | A former Hillary Clinton supporter who supported Obama. Worried about the climate this political election created and what 2012 will be like. Very divisive, spreading fear and prejudice. These tough times require tolerance and unity. I have four children aged 18-24. I have a multitude of interests, a very low tolerance for boredom and don't make a very good traditional female. I believe the world would be a sorry place without comedians. I love to laugh and to make others laugh. |
| Interests | Reading, writing, photograhy, silkscreening, batiking, macrame, jewelry design, sketching, painting, dancing, singing, talking and helping people with problems. |
| Favorite movies | I don't like chick flicks. Never seen Titanic, Terms of Endearment, Forrest Gump or Fried Green Tomatoes. Give me fantasty, action adventure or a scary or funny movie that is actually scary or funny. I like Bond Movies, Sin City, The Crow, Lethal Weapon series, Kill Bill, Silent Hill, Pirate's of the Carribean... My favorite movie in a while: Live Free or Die Hard. I know my choices might be odd but I do know what I like. |
| Favorite music | I listen to almost every kind of music and have a large collection of cds. Everything from AFI, Rise Against, Linkin Park, Sum 41, to Tori Amos, Beatles, Anathema, and Beethoven. I love finding new artists and go to concerts often. I love venues in NYC like the Hammerstein, Irving Plaza and Roseland. Favorite past concerts: Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, AFI, The Used, Korn, NIN, My Chemical Romance, Bob Dylan, the list would be a very, very long one. Next show up: Rise Against. After that: Lewis Black |
| Favorite books | Kay Scarpetta, Alex Cross, Temperence Brennen and 87th precinct series. I've read all Terry Brooks, Ed McBain, Rice's Vampire & Mayfair series, Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker... I read almost everything. I rarely read anything twice because there is so much more I want to get to... Biography's, How to, Graphic novels, even manga, non fiction like Thomas Frank and other political authors. Always have at least two books I'm reading at any given time. |
