| Introduction | I'm a huge fan of using alternatives to cliches. While I have seen certain alternatives to the "make lemonade" cliche that have appealed to my off-color sense of humor, I shan't post them here in the interest of not wanting to offend more proper sensibilities out there. That said, hope and growth are the name of the game. I do believe that sour things happen in life, and that in time, good things can sometimes come from them. I am a mommy, a wife, an amateur home cook, and an even worse home gardener. We are about growing ourselves as beings, growing little humans living under our roof, growing in talent (if it's there) with cooking, sewing, and other homey activities, and growing green things before we inadvertently kill them off. |
