Introduction	I'm a Cuban-American girl born and raised in Miami, Florida. As a kid I was very active, always dancing, cheerleading and playing soccer. I went to FIU's school of hospitality management which is where I developed my love for food and wine. For 3 years I worked in gyms and got to spend time with a lot of fitness oriented people. Everyday I try to combine my love for lush flavors with my desire to be fit and healthy. Its not easy but its a challenge and I always love a good challenge. Throughout the years I have definitely tried different ways to stay in shape and in 2010 I've decided to Crossfit.
