| Introduction | I own several kitchen gadgets and some have never been out of the box. I think water chestnuts, green peppers, mushrooms, canned vegetables, creamed vegetables, coconut, watermelon, sweet pickles, and fennel are disgusting. One of the greatest kitchen inventions ever might be those corn cob holders, preferably if they are shaped like corn cobs. I eat out A LOT more than I should and need to remedy that. Spaghetti is my go-to meal when I'm eating at home. I decided investing in half of a CSA share was a good idea. And I'm going to write about my food adventures since people have openly laughed at the idea of me putting these vegetables to good use. |
