Introduction	Being a dyed in the wool plant nerd has it's advantages. It means I visit every plant sale, nursery and garden centre in my area -- and even a few beyond the Greater Toronto Area where I garden on a long, narrow city lot. It's my working laboratory and I'm always on the lookout for new plants and gardening products that help me garden better. I try them out and then write about them and my gardening escapades in my gardening column in the Town Crier and magazine articles in Canadian Gardening and Garden Making, among others. I also love to talk to anyone who'll listen about gardening, and that's why I joined the Master Gardeners group just about 10 years ago. You might find me holding forth at a question and answer clinic, or making a presentation at Canada Blooms. If it's got to do with gardening, you can count on me to be there. That's why I'm so excited about writing for the PC GardenTalk blog. Oh my, now I have your attention, too!
