| Introduction | Hello, Welcome to my blog. I am Annette. I have been married 33 years, have three children and five grandchildren whom I adore.I am a lifetime student of life. I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have struggled with mental health issues most of my life. I have reached out to others who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction and many other mental health issues. I am not offering services as a,mental health counselor on this blog. I do offer support and compassion to all those who suffer from mental illness and and to those who may be struggling with any type of issue.
